Each piece is placed in alumina powder and heated gradually to 900°C over 60 hours. This crucial step removes wax residues without deforming the product — preparing the surface for perfect glazing.
Glazing and Coloring by Hand
We offer a wide selection of glaze tones and finishes, applied evenly by skilled technicians. This step enhances appearance, surface smoothness, and long-term durability.
High-Fire Sintering at 1200°C
The glazed ceramic is fired at high temperatures, resulting in a dense, vitrified finish with glassy sheen — resistant to cracking, fading, or discoloration.
